Diane, theres a Lydia Sherwin a patient at All Saints. she's 26 and Single. Occ Jewellery solderer.on the 1911. I have found others in hospital who were married but put down as single. Theres also three children Herbert b abt 1904, Gladys b abt 1907 and Donald b abt 1908 living with Annie Dyas on the 1911. Dont know if these are yours. Cant find any sign of Herbert.
Hope this is of some help.
Lynne.

I found the same as Lynne, she was in The Workhouse Infirmary, Western Road, Birmingham. I think it is possibly the same lady because in 1901, as Lydia Dyas she is with her parents, Edward and Annie Marie Dyas and she was also recorded as a Jewellers Solderer.

thanks for your replies, i have never deen able to find annes death , i think she went to belgium in 1921 dont know which regard diane web site to go on ,can yot give me any help on this

Diane, I don't know if this is your Annie but on Find My Past there is a burial recorded for Annie Maria Dyas in 1933(from Ancestry>born 1859) The registration number is 55250 and there are 3 in the grave. This is at Key Hill cemetery so Key Hill Brian may be able to help you with more info on that if you ask on the Key Hill thread.
As to finding out if she went to Belgium, I have looked on Ancestry and FMP and not found anything about this, so I am not sure where you would have to look.
