has anyonegot a photo of the juke of wellington pub aston on thimblemill lane. my moms family run it and want a photo for the album
 
;D I used to go to the Duke when Jimmy and his wife Cathy ran the place back in the 70s. I've been looking for their son Joe for ages now,as we were good mates,and i had a crush on him then. Wish someone could help me :(
 
Sorry, no pics, and not much information from the directories, I'm afraid. What little I found was:

Thank you so much for your help with that Peter. I dont seem to be able to find anything either. Hopefully some kind person will have some idea. I had some good times in the Duke,and with that particular family.

I lived at 120 wainwright street from 1939 to 1956, Ronnie Tippin the son of the licensee was a good friend. My parents used the pub regularly and at Christmas we always had a firkin of beer supplied by the pub. A lot of our relations lived in Wainwright Street, the Farndons, the Organs and the Bartrams. I used to go out with Barbara Cook and Ada Wagstaff.
 
Hi Parker I hope this is what your looking for.. my brothers and friends used to drink in there.. I'm sure the early 70s..
