Hello everyone,

I don't know if I am in the right section, if not can someone please tell me.

I am looking for the records of my Mother, I did have birth marriage and death cert's, but during a fire at my old house in Slough,(1989), I lost all my family records.

I have looked at various sites over the years (probably all the wrong ones), trying to find them, I couldn't even find a record of my own birth, (maybe I have become a NON_PERSON) :D.

Having seen the response to other peoples requests for "info",can anyone help:
My mothers name was Dorothy Beatrice Espley ( maiden name Coope), born 12/04/1920, not sure where but she lived in 171 Severne Rd Acocks Green.

She married in February 1941 to Roland Leonard Espley.

She died on the 30/03/1957, cremated at Yardley cemetry.

Also my own birth if you can: Roland Leonard Espley, born in Moseley, (in Sorrento hospital I think), 17/06/1941 lived in above address Acocks Green, then moved to Summer Lane.

Good luck to anyone who can do this search, and my heart felt thanks if you do.

The first one. The Birth details for your mother are Dorothy B. Coope Registration District Birmingham Year 1920 Quarter Apr-Jun Volume 6d page 799. Mother's maiden name Williams. You can order that by post from Birmingham Register Office, enclosing a £7.00 CHEQUE and a S.A.E. Or you can order on line from Registration Services Ordering On Line. Just quote these details.

:D :D, no I didn't lose that one,(lol) that was my marriage to my first wife, when we divorced in

1986, she kept the certificate.

But thank you all the same for taking the time and effort to find that info.

I have used the registration site from yourself and Ann B, to order some cert's regarding my family.

Just have to wait now for them to arrive.
