Thanks for the date of the school establishment. It looks to be up for sale in this photo. TinpotThis was from another thread on here called Graham St School and found in a book by Roy Thornton. with the following post by Leslam in 2013.
"The school was originally in Park Street, from 1791 to 1839 when the building in Graham Street was erected. The new building was designed by D R Hill. All the pupils were girls. School closed about the time of WW1"
A description below from British History Online. The children who went to apprenticeship must have been boys.Birmingham Mail Saturday September 1st 1917
I wasn't sure it was the rght school but paragraph 3 explains the "dissenting" part of the name
