cooksey road/avenue small heath

Not sure if it's the sunlight or the gardens but the first terrace photo looks quite a nice place whilst the other two much less so.
 
It looks lovely, clean and tidy. A far cry from todays small heath in some parts. Are these also what you call back to back houses? Im going to the ones in town you sent the link of soon :)

looking at the map i posted i cant see any evidence of any back to backs...if you look at the map there are quite a few called terraces and places which would have had courtyards..enjoy the tour of our back to backs the contents of a few of the houses were left insitu when they were vactated...the tailors house is very interesting as he left quite a lot of his tools of the trade..ps make sure you wear flat footwear as the stairs are very steep and narrow
