Is this the group Pedro, near the junction with Henrietta Street ? So well preserved. In fact, there seems to have been quite a lot of refurbishment along this part of Constitutuion Hill. Nice to see.

I think this might have been on the opposite (west) side of Constitutuion Hill to the shops mentioned in post #2. Wondered if the Taylor & Challen buildings (#32-42) replaced these houses and shops/workshops ? Unfortunately, I can't make out any names on the boards.

Building on the picture of Constituion Hill, here we have Rileys at #23, at the junction with Henrietta Street, also once referred to as Riley's Corner. The well-designed and proportioned, corner plot building still exists. Constitutuion Hill leads off to the right.

There seems to be a hall named 'Angelus Hall' on the first floor. I think this was later re-named 'Riley's Hall'.
