Congreve Street

I think the neglected state of the buildings confirms they were soon (1904/5) to be demolished as BrummieGeoff has pointed out. The printers/lithographers, Allday, went to the trouble of fixing a relocation (to Edmund Street) notice to the top of the building ! And there was a 'selling off' sale at W. Dallorzo.
