Slightly unusual in that this was originally a residential property.
It opened as a church in 1912 with seating for 400. It was built to replace the Chapel in Charles Henry Street which dated from 1857. In 1980 the congregation moved again, this time to the new Church Centre in Mary Street, shared with St Paul's Church. Moseley Road became an Islamic Centre.
