Hi Group,
Can anyone tell me what church one might attend to get married/baptized if you lived on Craddock Rd.? I don't have a detailed map and I don't see on Aston street index. Hopefully someone in the group has better knowledge base than I do! Thanks,
Jane

Craddock Road was in Washwood Heath area of Birmingham.

If you purchase marriage certificates it will name the churches .

Brides usually married in their own parish church , rather than their husbands.
Family may have moved to craddock Rd , after marriage.

Two more churches in that area are St Margaretes Ward end. ( If roman catholic) The Roseary Saltley.

Craddock Road is just off Herrick Road, Saltley. Two other local churches are St Marks, Washwood Heath & Ss Mary & John, Shaw Hill. Dates are an important factor, The Rosary was built 1932, SS Mary & John 1909, I think the other churches in the area were a lot earlier.
