All correct (including D and E) except F which is not St Edburgha's.
 
In that case it must be what was my first thought - St Nicholas King's Norton. Number 20 on the map.
just beat me to it jan...its on the green kings norton and the only reason i knew it is because i recognised the black and white buildings that are still there..that and my sister lives very close

That was one of the ones I hoped my fool people a little, along with Ward End Park White House which I thought might be confused with Soho House and Bloomsbury Library which I thought might be mistaken for several others.

Must confess I had to do a lot of looking up for some of the answers but I did learn about some places I never knew existed.
