Well, once again forgot my camera, so no pics from me, but I notice members where all clicking away merrily so there should be plenty of pics. I had a great time, the pub was heaving these meets are getting more and more popular, and why not. Its good to put names to faces and every body was so friendly and all enjoying themselves - I know I did. Eric

Re: Bhf christmas meet 2012

Never mind Cookie. Looking forward to seeing pics of BHF Christmas get together later on. Lots of whoops coming from
my son's area of the house in the early am today Why? Aston Villa beats Liverpool 3-1. All is well for the moment.

Re: Bhf christmas meet 2012

Had a great time, will post the very few pics I took later, too busy to click and forgot to pick up camera going between the two rooms, lovely to meet everyone and put more names to faces.
And David, it wasn't such a bad result in the end!!!!

Re: Bhf christmas meet 2012

Another great meet didn't get round everyone but lovely to see everyone. Thanks Lyn for organising it...nearly forgot the food was excellent xx

Re: Bhf christmas meet 2012

Thank you to Wendy & Lynne for the Jeweller's Arms Meeting. I'm just sorry that I couldn't stay longer. One consequence of aging is all the reunions that occur at Xmas! Likewise my ex "Double Zero" era clothing wouldn't fit, it had shrunk in the wardrobe after 45 years! So I used my 1978 'Kings of B'ham Superbike Centre' stuff.
Anyway, it was nice to meet so many and to put names to faces.

Thanks again.

Peter Rotherham.

Another great day! was so good to see everyone again and meet some new faces, a great turn out, i think we took over the place lol thanks so much everyone and especially postie, thanks for the drink from The real Claire!!! and family lol lol

We had a great time only sorry we did not get round to see everyone. I did try to read the names on badges but worried that I may get kicked out. Perhaps the ladies could consider wearing them on their hats next time?

Big thanks must go to Lyn and her Elves
err sorry Helpers for all the arrangements and the raffle and to Jim without whom we would not have been meeting.

Bob and I had a great time. There were soooo many people there, but I did get to talk to quite a few. The icing on the cake was winning another of Erics great paintings! :star:
Thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable afternoon. :unconscious:

And I forgot to say thanks Postie , mom is cross that she forgot to thank you as well, I said I'd blame it on a senior moment lol!!!!
Bernie, never mind getting kicked out for looking at badges, the "elves" will get you lol!!!!!!
And Key Hill Brian, better luck next time with the raffle - we will bring a marker pen and set of crayons so you can alter the number or colour of the ticket!!!
Also a big big thanks to Lyn who didn't stop all afternoon and works so hard to organise the meet-ups :star::star::star:
