Catholic Schools

St Annes on the corner of Bradford St and Alcester St was R.C. i dont know if they also had a school. Dek
 
Bernie If you mean the St Michaels in Milk st/Floodgate st i dont think it opened untill the 40s.

Hi Rob the building is still there and it looks like it's had some new windows but I don't know if it's still a school . It's very close to the new college built in Digbeth , it may be part of that . I have seen a thread on the site today about the school there is probably someone on there with more information than I have . regards Bernie
 
Hi Rob have had a bit of information from my sister St Micheals went to be the Holy Trinity school in Oakley Road S mall Heath and St Annes school is still in Green Street Digbeth regards Bernie
 
I know this is not much to go on, does anyone know name a girl’s catholic grammar school. The girl’s uniforms were all brown and I think the school was located on the east side of Birmingham. I know the school was open in the late 1950s but I’m not sure if the school closed or not.
