Hi all
I am new to the site, I am looking for any info on my ancestors. James Hirst Catanach and his wife Elizabeth owned a confectioners shop in Turves Green. They had two daughters Lillian and Vera.
I would be very grateful for any info.

Thank you very much to everyone for all the valuable info, I did not expect to get such a fantastic response so soon. It would be great to have a photo of the shop at 81, Turves Green if there are any out there. Also some info on Vera did she have any children etc.

Thanks again much appreciated
