Casualties of War.

We have seen many films of the horrors of War but there must be casualties that remain unknown.
My Maternal grandfather was injured in WW1 and gassed, I believe he was always very fragile and had terrible breathing problems.
I never knew him , I was born in 1942 and in 1943 the war brought back too many memories and he took his own life.
My grandmother got him back from war in 1918 but lost him to it in 1943.
