Can anyone tidy this Photo please

This photo was taken about 1954 in Gt Colmore Street i am the one at the back.
It is in a bad way,can anyone do anything with it.

Carolann - I don't have any fancy tools (maybe others do), but done the best I can. If you can do a more detailed resolution of scan and don't compress it so much you might get better definition.

It sounds as though it's pixelated, try re-sizing or post it and I'll have a look at it.
