When I used them, a few years ago now, I wrote to Cadbury's Bournville (Archives) as I had people in my family tree that had worked there. They were able to supply copies of pages that showed age. date start of employment, the department worked in and in my case they even copied pages of the Bournville Works Magazine to show a couple of articles relating to the retirements of the people I was researching. A lot more info than I could have ever imagine getting hold of.
I really don't know what they will do with all that information if ever they closed Bournville. It would be nice to know that they could be saved and aso remain accessible to Family History researchers.
