Bumble hole - Cobbs Engine House

Hello, first time poster so please be gentle.

I’ve recently just brought a house that backs onto the Dudley No 2 canal and have been walking the dog over the bumble hole, I have noticed a few history board giving a little background into the area which I find fascinating, I wondered if anyone had any more information/pictures of the canal or area.

On our searches it stated that the bumble hole was in fact a landfill site before being turned into a nature reserve? I can’t find anymore information online but did stumble across this site.

Thanks in advance

Bumble Hole is now part of the UNESCO Geopark…

Thanks, that’s a little more information I now have
