Birmingham Schools Football History / & photos

My name is Bob South. Waverley Grammar School. I have some memory of meeting up with you ? or whoever a long time afterwards and I have no idea why but perhaps at Billesley Common but that does seem a little bizarre. What's your full name, I'll know it if you're whom I'm thinking about. I nearly get the name but it slips away again but it will stick one day soon
hi bob,i often played with your brother ray at the little park, he was a great player,,i often wondered was he picked up, by a pro club, ,,i loved the big games we played daily in the summer holidays,,,,jimmy lawler stood out dennis rd and south bham, me just average ,,,,,happy days,,,,my late brother tommy ,st michaels and aston boys was there as well, he rated ray highly,
 
Here is the Yardley wood Secondary modern Football team. I am second from the left front row. I can remember most of the players But I need help with a few.
Back row left to right.Goalkeeper?Michael Wood. Victor Brookes.Stephen Granfield.Lynton Webb.???Teacher Mr.Priest.
Front row??.Johnny Duff Tony Witherford.Michael Smith.Stephen Woodfield. Around 1962/63?

Just found these Photos of the Yardley wood United football team.
Home games were played at the back of The Dog & Partridge Pub.
Bert Riando was the manager. Need help with all the player's names???

Hi There Johnny, I played for Yardley Wood occasionally and for The Dog for years. This photo was just before I joined them I think, spotted Ronnie Ward (3rd from Left on back row), Johnny Bayliss with white shirt in back row, might be Trevor Williams in the middle of the back row and could be Alan Baker just peeking his head over he front row. Bert just just on the right. Al Hughes
 
Would anybody know where my dad would have gone to school. He was born in Icknield Square in ladywood in 1914, so about 1919/1920. Thanks in advance
I can only remember my school which was St Patricks, next to the church. I was born in 1952, in Northbrook St.....not much help really, sorry
