According to the online Birmingham Dispatch:
Birmingham was the most popular place to move to in 2025 — 3.04% of everyone who moved house in the UK last year moved here. (The Times).

Unfortunately it is all behind a paywall, but if any of you can access I'm sure we would all be interested in reading the original
