The Birmingham District Nursing Society, became an Association around 1942.
The above building at Summer Hill Rood was opened in October 1908 (Birmingham Mail)
In 1970 there was a re-org and No.48 seems to have become Area 2 of the Birmingham Social Services.
Now it is Alpine Court with a Ghost sign underneath that doesn't seem to indicate Nursing.
Today a 2 bedroomed flat in Alpine Court is around £201,000.
