Birmingham Battalions Book of Honour: look-up request

I would be most grateful if anyone could help me to look for Joseph W Marsden in the Birmingham Battalions' Book of Honour?

He served with the 14th Battalion, Royal Warwickshire Regiment (1st Birmingham Battalion). I would like to find out any more information regarding his service.

I have had a look through the Bham Battalions Book of Honour but was unable to find any record of Joseph W Marsden. It may be that Joseph was in the 14th RWR but not an original member of the Bham Pals battalion which the book covers. I have found a medal index card for a Joseph W Marsden from the RWR showing him as a Pte No 41882. He was entitled to the British War Medal & Victory Medal.
