Many thanks for all the pictures you guys. Such terrible weather spoiled what should have been the biggest, and best meet yet. But it looks as if the kiddies enjoyed themselves at least, and isnt that what this time of year is all about ? Anyway, thanks again for the photos.

That is funny Phil :D But I bet you your wife did know - there are times when my hubby thinks he has got away with having a few drinks but I KNOW!!!
Its nice to have have someone at home who knows, or even cares wheather or not youve had a beer, if the forecast is correct I may be spending Christmas on my todd, I just can not get in the Christmas spirit this year, Bernard

Its strange!! the two cheese plants I was going to bring have each opened a new leaf this morning, would have been
a nice surprise for whoever had them! think I will wait for the new year before I do that, Bernard
(turn over a new leaf I mean)

Lovely pictures, well done everyone who made it to Summer Lane. I was disappointed I couldn't be there because of the holiday - but don't think I could have got there anyway in the circumstances.
Bl**dy weather! Nice to see all the youngsters there (and the children).;):D

Well Done all you brave souls who managed to attend and the Photo's are great, I t was Murder at Work as we had aircraft coming in from Heathrow, then they shut the runway at about 15-00 as the snow was constant and there was no way they could keep it clear, til it stopped, I was run wragged loading, unloading till we didn't know where we were, I was there till 10pm then took me 3 hours to get home on an hours bus journey and loads of waiting, roads seemed fine so could not understand the delays, loads of idiots at the Airport though, all wanting to jump the queues and feeling if they complain loudly they will get priority, glad I don't work that side.

This one was all down to Lyn she worked very hard such a shame the weather was against us. Lets hope the next one will be full...lol

Have just got back to Brighton from Overbury, gutted I couldn't make it, but this is what I was greeted with Saturday morning, and it's still there.

Isnt it great! just like the old winters we had years ago, Smashing when you are retired and can look out
of the window at the snow, only joking John, it must be awlful to get about in.I thought the world was
heating up not the other way round. As someone diverted the Gulf Stream? feels like it,when I went out
first thing itb was raining quite fast, now it has all gone, forecasters say some on the way from the USA
they can keep it, we have had our share for this winter! Keep Smiling, Bernard
