Bensons' Hardware Shop

I hope this is the correct thread.  Does anyone remember a shop called Bensons', it was a traditional old hardware shop that sold everything from paint to china tea sets.  I think it also sold furniture from the upstairs room.  The problem is I can't remember where it was!  When I was about 6 in the early 1960s we used to drive from Castle Bromwich to visit my aunt who lived at Kings Heath and then Kings Norton, so I presume it was near those areas.  It was in a row of perhaps 6 shops surrounded by houses and I remember a sweet shop being there.  My parents had a credit account there and Dad bought all of his paints and DIY things from Mr Benson [no B&Q then].  I also remember Mom buying a china tea set and a small wooden table.  I hadn't thought about the shop for years but now it is really bugging me that I can't remember more.  Hope someone can help.
