Belgrave Place, Round Hill(s)

Belgrave Place has historically been associated with Park Crescent.
It does not appear on a census or directory until 1867 (PO Directory), and is listed under Park Crescent.
James Soar lived in Belgrave Place from 1868 to 1884.
There were no house numbers until he was found to be at No. 41 Sutton Street in 1878 (PO Directory).
Numerous house renumberings occurred on both odds and evens side of Sutton Street.
Between 1897 and 1899 all odd numbers (35 upwards) increased by 10, James Soar's property would have therefore been No. 51 Sutton Street.
I have marked the area that I believe to have been Belgrave Place, map(s) falling between the ones I have (1848 and 1889) would help to verify this.
