Beauvoisin

An unusual name though it seems not as uncommon as I thought it would be.

Earliest sighting in Yorkshire?
 
The family were based mainly in Sheffield but have branched out as far as Australia. There are family connections in Newcastle, Portsmouth., Bath .
 
If anyone can help find the grave of Mary Imelda Beauvoisin it would be greatly appreciated. I have her birth and death certificates but no details on her burial. I have tried all avenues that I am aware of but still cannot find any information.

when and where did she die and at what age..the more info the better

Yes, no records and no gravestone as far as I am aware . Her parents are there but there is no record of her.

looks like she must be somewhere else then...could you post her death cert for us to look at please

Mary was born at her grandmother’s house at 55 Court Lane Erdington . She died after 7 days due to immaturity. She was born 2 months premature. Her parents were William Edward Beauvoisin (1867-1919 and Mary Edith Brown (1868-1933. Both are buried in Erdington Abbey Cemetery
 
Hi Just to check dates for her birth & Williams death, would this make Mary Imelda too late to be Williams daughter? Ancestry shows a family tree of a Mary Imelda Beauvoisin born in 1923 & sadly dying same year, but with parents as Francis John Beauvoisin and mother as Cooper. Francis looks to be son to William so making Mary Imelda as Williams grandaughter?
 
If William died in 1919 and Mary Imelda was born (and died) in 1923 he cannot be her Father.
Do you not have her birth and death cert?
June 1923 birth reg mmn Cooper.

Agreed . Francis was her father ., not William
