BATH ROW LADYWOOD

There would have been some differences, in particular it would not have been so built-up. Do not have a large scale map of Bath row , but below is one showing Bath Row labelled 1851, which shows that there were less buildings.

Mike I wonder can you explain what that name is between Five Ways and Broad St it looks like Inglington to me , not to be confused with Islington Row .
 
It is just Islington.That part of Broad st from Five ways to Gas St was then called that
 
I take it you mean 1950s. Map below pub 1952, probably surveyed about 1950, with 40 in red

I was born just on the edge... Number 24 Bath Row in 1956. I've never seen a picture of the house.
 
hi mrsloyan have you tried looking at the cregoe street thread because looking at mikes map if there is a photo looking down cregoe st it may just show your no 24 bath row as it was only 3 houses down from the corner with cregoe
