Baptism - Parents names

Hi I'm new at this so here goes - I am trying to find parents names of Emily {Delia Esther} Smith Birth: 10 OCT 1839

Christening: 20 NOV 1839 Saint Martin, Birmingham, Warwick, England

Would the Baptism give their names

I am given to understand that they maybe John Thomas Smith and Emily

Any help much appreciated
 
Hi aniron

Have looked on the IGI, it has the same details you already have except for the parents, it just says John Smith & Emily.
I looked in the civil register but couldn't find an entry for Emily Delia Esther Smith, sorry. A few members have the St Martins records on disc, lets hope there is more info there

the only extra info on the baptism record from st. martins is

abode highgate and fathers occ. traveller

parents names though are just john and emily smith and your dates are correct
