Baker Martin still trying to find my father

martin baker , from ireland, lived in england last seen in the mid 1960s.no one has heard from him since then ,he worked in birmingham and lived in coventry,i have been searching forforty years , would like to know where hes buried, as he has probably passed away by now . anyone got ideas thanks harley , ive tried everything i can think of.

Hi Harley,

Did your dad have a middle name, and do you know his date of birth or approximate? With that information it may be possible to see if there is a death registered for him.
You could also try the Coventry electoral rolls from when you last knew his whereabouts.
If he he still living you could try tracesmart. Our member Graham (Cadeau) could give you details for that.

thanks for your reply ann b. yes i have his date of birth, and his birth certificate.and his r .a .f papers , but still cannot find anything .ive found numerouse family members ,but last time they all saw him, it was around the same date he left coventry,thanks for your advice though ,i will see what comes of it, harley
