Charlotte Bailey born 1806 Staffordshire
Charlotte Bailey born 1831 staffs

Daniel Bailey born 1838 staffs

All living in West Bromwich
1841 doesn't state relationships and all listed as born in the county

this appears to be joseph bailey in 1861 in west bromwich

joseph bailey 27 coal miner b. west brom.
maria (or mary a) 25 b. west brom.
richard 2, william 3 mths both born west brom.

in 1881 in derbyshire

joseph bailey 47 coal miner b. west brom.
mary a 45 b. west brom.
alice 16, daniel 14, both b. west brom. and mary a 12 (deaf and dumb), joseph 10, simeon 8 (deaf and dumb), and alfred 3 all born derbyshire.

i cant find any baptisms on igi but there is a marriage of joseph bailey which could be to mary ann chambers in 1854 oct-dec west bromwich 6b 979. maybe their first child died - theres a death of a simeon bailey in 1856 west bromwich and later they called a child simeon, which was quite common to name another child with same name as one that had died. this is all guesswork but if you requested the marriage cert i have mentioned and say you only want it if josephs father was joseph - a coal miner then you would know youve got the right one.
