My maiden name is Colley and my parents were brought up around Aston. My Paternal Grandmother was Maud Badland. Have a fair bit of info on the family surnames but looking for something a bit more personal - life and living sort of thing... the padding on the bones! Happy to hear of any info anyone may have.

It's lovely to see you on here. Snap, i was on here not long after it started, got lost in the wilderness but very happy to be back it's a great site, very diverse yet all links together nice. Liking the name, got that down under feel and sound to it.

As regards info, i think names, places and time period will get more response, some of them on here make me jealous, they have memories like elephants and give you more detail than any look up in the records so happy hunting
