I have a neighbour who was in the Royal Navy during the war.
He has told me many stories about his service on the Artic convoys.
Can anybody tell me or direct me to who is eligible for the new Artic Star Medal.
I've done a web search but it's not clear how to apply.
He's presently away on holiday so I would like to surprise him with the details when he comes back.

Thanks for the info.
The google search only gives me the Portsmouth site which started the campaign without further details of how to apply.
I'll get my friend to follow your advise and call the Nautical Club when he comes back.
I'll let you know how we get on.
