Anybody Recognise this Uniform / Regiment etc please WW2

Definitely RAF, I have a similar pic of our group when we finished basic training in 1948, would be in 40's as the side cap was replaced by the beret about 1948/50. As someone remarked it was 'best blue' rather than battle dress. Eric

Have acquired some old photos of "uncle" Jack Dunhill.....this one says Cairo ,Egypt 1928.
Could anyone guess what uniform it is and why were they there in 1928. I presume they have volunteered.
I can only find a John Dunhill in family tree but sure they used both names.

Only appears to be one John/Jack Dunhill of the right age in the Bham area - b1903ish, d1965.

On the 1911 census listed as the son of Henry Dunhill & Gertrude Baldwin. No apparent birth reg. and possibly something a little more complicated going on. Two elder brothers, Edgar & Robert emigrated to Canada in 1903 aged 9 & 7.

Just surmising this is the right Dunhill.

Thread 'Bayley Charles William'

Its free search weekend on Findmypast and a chance to nail down family members at a property on Cheapside......Charles William Bayley gives his address as 25 Court 8 House on army records...a marriage cert and a couple of birth certs around 1921 but do you think I can find any record for this phantom property. On later voting registers its not listed either.

Yes thanks everyone for replying.....as I say just got some pics and couldn't believe the name Dubhill...but I cannot find a Jack anywhere....if you remember my Charles William Bayley could have had Dunhill as a father and had John Bayley b.1903 as a brother who changed name to Dunhill before marrying in 1930....as you say a dearth of Dunhills around Brum as they mostly come from Yorkshire. I was told by the person who sent me the pics they had one with him as a boxer and we knew there was a boxer in the family.It says Uncle Jack which might mean the person who wrote it was wife's Mom.
 
Also can't find any 1921 census records for the Dunhills but if the chap in pic was in Army he may not have been listed.

Harry, Gertrude and Emily are in Birmingham listed as Deabill.

Think I'm just repeating what's on the Bayley thread.
