My G3 grandfather
Sewing machine and bicycle manufacturer, founded United Steel Wire Mill
Had shops on Steelhouse Lane and Victoria from the 1870's to 1890's.
Eventually bought out by the company that would become Triumph.
Wife Fanny Elizabeth and children William Richard, Walter Munro, Albert George and Fanny Elixabeth.
Looking for any maps, postcards or adverts that carry information about his shop.
Thanks

Thanks Rowan

Re: William Andrews

hello there - just researching my husband's family tree and William Andrews was his Great Grandfather on his Mother's side. Have found William and Fanny's marriage and the childrens births but am struggling to find Williams birth certificate so that we can obtain a copy - we were just wondering if you could assist us in any way please. thank you Kind regards
Sylvia
