I can only find a Frederick Tyrrell living at 44 Adderley Road in 1965. He was living there alone unless he had children younger than 21 living with him. This is on Ancestry.

Thanks for that. I found out a family called the Corbetts was living with him in 1967. But by 1970 the house goes off the electoral roll. I'm guessing knocked down. I'm new to this but appreciate the help.
