A & J Snape

Shera

true brummie
my mom was unofficially adopted just after birth in 1924 by her uncle alfred snape. alfred and his brother jerry snape ran a wholesale grocery business situated at the bottom of key hill, which was known as "the flats" hockley. does anyone remember the business a & j snape or remember alfred or jerry snape? my mom used to travel around in the van with her adopted father alfred delivering to the shops around birmingham. this would have been in the 1930`s.

 im hopeful someone will remember them. my mom is still very much with us at nearly 84 and any info would be great.

thanks chris
