That's great Lyn. What a labour of love went into making that tribute. Christmas 1939 must have been a very uncertain time for everyone at the time. Sadly for many it would be their last one. It was to be my last with my father until 1946 although at the tender age of two I hardly realized it.

You and me both, although my Dad came back in 1945, funny when you think how little we really knew about it. I was four at the time.
