    Thank you so much for your help. My postcards sent to Phyllis McGuire are on route to her great granddaughter today. All 21 of them are over a hundred years old and I’m so glad I can return them to the family.

    There was a boys’ roof and another for the girls. I remember that the boys did Science while the girls had Domestic Science. Wish I’d have spoken up and asked if I could do Science but girls would never have dreamed of that in those days.

    I have a postcard of Marle Hall at Birmingham Hospital, Birmingham and on it is a halfpenny stamp, so this postcard must have been written before 1913 when I believe the stamps were increased to a penny.
