    Hi jpmburns. I had a very happy 1st employment with Payne's they were a great firm to work for. They had a worker's profit sharing scheme, and each branches profits were shared out fairly to each member. You can imagine the joy for me, as a 14yr old boy, receiving a cheque for about £15
