    No they did not, it was just taken there, I'm guessing on a day when they were shut. I've looked at old archived photos and I can see some markets that no longer exist, like the Oasis and The Row market, but none resembles this nor does it show the location of where this may be.     Unfortunately this is a random house/building where the photo was taken and not the house he lived in. Otherwise it would've been a lot easier to track the person to the house instead of the other way round.

    Hi Derek, It could anywhere in Edgbaston, Moseley, Balsall Heath. I've been told Canon Hill Park but couldn't find anything resembling the building.
