Thanks Smudger, that makes me feel better. Last night was the first time I used the 12volt supply, and it worked at night, so the batteries were at fault. Sadly no hedgehogs, but a three legged cat, that tried to work out what was happening:)

To be honest Pete, its knocked the stuffing out of him, and at his age, he can do without the agrro. The poor bloke had the bike given to him, and thought he could get back out there again, in the last throws of his life.(We all need to keep going). Its a cruel world
