No I’ve only got the new drives right now not the new server yet,

server has now been moved, let me know if there are any issues as always

It should be fine until I can get the new server, it will be going down tonight at some point and i need to move the current box back to its proper location so expect down time tonight but it’s on new drives now instead of the ancient spinning one it was on

Part one is done, the site is now on new drives. The move to the new server is still ongoing as I’m waiting for the for right one to become available but things should be much better for now until that happens

just to add my 2p to things, this is site is massive you may not think it is but it is. We use over a TB in traffic each and every month, we have close to a million posts on here (ignore the stats they are wrong i need to fix that) there are around 70GB and growing at a huge pace of images...

some of it is there and some of it is not, it will freeze at the moment until we move to a new server its currently running of completely inappropriate hardware but its in hand. put it this way my phone has more power than what the site is currently running on
