    24. Old Farm 1970s This was somewhere around Tanworth-in-Arden, where the original Crossroads TV series was filmed. We drove there in a rented Nissan Micra and we marvelled at the technology of how its parcel shelf was raised and lowered by two pieces of knotted string through holes in the corners.
