Difficult to say, the records are just not available. There doesn't seem to be any baptisms for children. Also don't forget that Luigi and Maria Masticone went to South America before coming to Birmingham. For all we know they may have gone with them and stayed there or died on the voyage over...

I can't remember if I said the I had found the marriage for Maria Iommi (listed as Tommi) and Luigi Masticone - 2 Dec 1895 in Sora, Frosinone. His parents are listed but sadly hers aren't. However, there is a marriage for an Anna Iommi (listed as Tomma) to a Giovambattista di Pucchia - 6 Nov...

The main lie on censuses is people saying they were married when they weren't. Sometimes they subsequently married and sometimes they didn't. And sometimes one or both were still married to someone else. Illegitimate children taking the name of their step father, if you would call that a lie...

You could probably find most of the info by using Ancestry but I use a combination of sites, which one depends on what's being looked for.

She appears the only one, the daughter of Hilda and her second husband. She had a son, Anthony, with her first husband but he b and d in 1938 sadly. Alfred didn't marry as far as I can see.

A little confusing with all the Marias. The father of Maria Louisa Musticone that married Frank Iommi was called Luigi/Lewis. Is this who you mean? I was talking about her mother, also Maria, who married Luigi/Lewis and was probably an Iommi, the possible daughter or sister of Felice Iommi.

And searching for births for Angelina Quadrini gives a number of results born about the right time in Arpino, which matches her birthplace on the 1921 census.

You have a father for the Maria that married Louis Musticone?

They may have just married again when they came to England. If that was the case then it would be quite fortunate if Quadrini is her maiden name which we wouldn't have known otherwise.

Assuming that the N. Musticone was the daughter of Maria and the brother of Frank Musticone, then if she was listed as a niece then maybe Maria was Felice's sister rather than a daughter.

Two observations which you may have already seen. Firstly there appears to be a marriage reg. for a Felice Jommi and an Angela Quadrini in Bham Dec 1900. Would this be Felice and Angelina and would it possibly mean that Angelina is not the mother of Felice's children. And secondly, the Frank...

I searched the newspapers and whilst there are a few articles, I couldn't see any death notifications sadly.

I don't know if the Maria that died in Bromsgrove district was your Giuseppe's wife. Just noticed that on the 1911 census there is another Giuseppe, listed as Yommi and his wife was also called Maria, so more likely it was her.

There is a death reg. in Bromsgrove 1919 for a Maria Yommi aged 33 and I wasn't sure if it was relevant and Giuseepe re-married.
