    The seeds are from Poppies that I harvested last year when out walking my dogs, Janice. All from hedgerows locally. Steve.

    Two Petunias in pots, were getting hammered by snails. I popped into town and bought some slug pellets. Over the last two days, I have removed 14 dead snails. We rarely see slugs up here, but we are the snail capital of the UK. Steve.

    Very cool up here for the time of year, and my bedding plants are really slow to get going. No improvement for the coming week, weather-wise. Hardly any bees or fly life about. Steve.

    My dry Lacecap from 18th. May. Looks to be doing ok, considering I thought that it was lost. Not the best of shape to it, but that can be sorted when it gets pruned. Lots of rain yesterday, and overnight, so no watering needed this morning. Steve.
