yes i see what you mean john...ive just gone back on st view to 2009 and it was still saying no 12 on the door

Its is certasinly not no 12, , although it would seem from the map thta ot is not 78 either, which is the building further towards the bridge

Apparently there are 50 apartments at No.78 (The Brolly Works) so perhaps it is apartment No. 12. The building underwent conversion around 2007.
