Those were the days Pete. Can't be;live what we went through as the yearsroll on. First computer I had was in 1990 from retoirement money. Bought it from a place in Evesham, well over £1000. Still remember the sticker on it which it said " Huge 64 [whatever].

Recently moved from Talk talk to EE but now trying to contacting them as threatened by talk talk about doisconnection fee not being paid which EE should have done. Such is life!!

Thanks for your info. MWS. I was questioning who lived at No. 46 not 42. I lived at No 42 and Edward D Johnson was my elder Brother. The man I spoke of was the son at No.46 and I am trying to recall their names
Watching the VJ commemoration service yesterday raised a query in my mind. I lived at No.42 Abbey Road Erdington
during the war. At No 46 there was a family whose son was in the navy. He was captured and spent a long time in the Japanese
camps. Amazingly his mother used to receive letters from...
