    As you will see, it states Darlaston Juvenile Court which I can find no record of itself and I heard that the files from there to somewhere else and there was a fire and a percentage of those were involved in a fire but if anyone can clarify?

    My mom (Fredas daughter) is looking into it so fingers crossed I have a copy of the adoption cert. It states Thomas Wilson Palmer and Dora Mercy Collette as adoptive parents and that's it but birth cert. May help certainly

    Julia is my mother, yes. Freda was adopted on 1936 aged 2 at Darlaston Juvenile Court by Thomas Wilson Palmer and Dora Mercy Collette but my grandma Freda never knew who her mother was bless her and via DNA, Julia is Helens 5th cousin so now im trying to wittel it down lol
