Martha lived at 372 Somerville road in 1935 but as Martha Wells even though she was married to Fredrick Brain. In 1939 still at Somervile Road she's now registered as Martha Brain with Fred also registered. I'm sure she lived there until her death in 1963.

My great grandmother Martha Wells (née Ingleston, later Brain) had a Fish & chip shop after 1924. I'm still finding out information but if any photos have surfaced of the road or even shops around there at that time I'd be grateful. Thank you!

    Yardley Cemetery Plot Map

Thank you. Sadly I don't live in Birmingham anymore and for health reasons cannot even attempt to get there else I'd be there trawling everywhere they lived. Her Husband was Frederick Sidney Brain, died in 1961. Martha died in 1963. I can call the office and ask. Thank you.

    Yardley Cemetery Plot Map

So I've found my Great Grandmother- Martha Brain (her married name at the time of death) and she was scattered in the North West in the Garden of rest so I'm not sure where to look on the Yardley Cemetery map. Also, her husband died in Birmingham too yet there's no record of him buried or...

    Marston Green Hospital

I was born at Marston Green Hospital in May, 1971. My parents were living at 127 Goldthorne Avenue, Sheldon, and that was my first home. I'll do a search for any photographs of the hospital.
