Well she's buried in the cemetery at Sandwell. I can't remember what it's called, no record came up of her though. Hopefully the information I'll be getting in the next few days will tell me more. Thank you!
Thank you. Well the verdict was she took her own life. I'm still doing research on her and trying to go through it all, I will try to find the death certificate etc.
My great great great grandmother Sarah Jane Holt took her life in 1908 in the canal, she lived at Crook Hay lane, married with 8 kids. Has anyone got any old pictures of both places around 1900s/1908. Thank you.
Martha lived at 372 Somerville road in 1935 but as Martha Wells even though she was married to Fredrick Brain. In 1939 still at Somervile Road she's now registered as Martha Brain with Fred also registered. I'm sure she lived there until her death in 1963.
