Here's our old friend William Westley, he of mapping fame. The portrait by James Millar must have been painted around the 1730s as Westley has a copy of his North Prospect map tucked inside his portfolio. You can just see the dome of St. Philip's Church.

Below are his North Prospect of St. Philip's Church (in two sections) with Old Square inset - and the East Prospect (also in two sections). Viv.
