William Phillips, Stamper, Piercer, Diesinker, toolmaker, etc., Hockley St.

I'm seeking information about William Phillips (1840-1921). From at least the early 1890s until his death, he owned a factory on Hockley St. His son, John Edwin Phillips later ran the factory before going bankrupt in the 1930s. I descend from William's third oldest boy, Alfred Ernest Phillips, who married Nellie Cutler (William Cutler her father, Solomon Culter her grandfather). Anyhow, here are some images relating to William from the 1890s and early 1900s. His residence, "Aston House," was at 162 Victoria Rd., and he sat on Aston council in the 1890s into the early 1900s.

Would anybody have a photo (modern or, ideally, historic) of William Phillips' factory on Hockley St.? I'd be quite grateful if you could share, or share anything else. Thanks in advance from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
